Listen

Businessman Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, has announced a house as a birthday gift for Pastor Jerry Eze, founder of Streams of Joy International and convener of New Season Prophetic Prayers and Declarations (NSPPD).

Iyiegbu made the announcement on Saturday while celebrating Eze’s 44th birthday, describing the cleric as one of his “most amazing brothers” and commending his prayers and service to humanity.

According to Obi Cubana, the house is expected to be completed by December. He said the gift was part of his personal commitment to support Eze’s work and contribution to society.

In an accompanying video, the businessman recalled that Eze visited one of his properties in January, when he privately resolved to complete and gift one of the buildings to the pastor by his next birthday.

Eze, who turned 44 on Saturday, is widely known for hosting the NSPPD online prayer programme and leading Streams of Joy International. The birthday celebration has attracted congratulatory messages from friends, followers and well-wishers.
