Afrobeats star David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, will premiere his forthcoming album, Oriade, at an exclusive live event in London on Aug. 11, giving fans the first opportunity to hear the project before its official tour.
The award-winning singer announced the event on his verified X account, revealing that the one-night-only performance will take place at the O2 Forum Kentish Town. He described it as the only chance for fans to experience the album live ahead of its wider release.
Davido had earlier confirmed that Oriade, his sixth studio album, will be released on July 31. The 13-track project, whose title means “the crowned head” in Yoruba, marks his 15-year journey in the music industry and signals a return to his signature high-energy African sound.
The album features lead single ‘”I Know Who I Be”, produced by South Africa’s Jazzwrld and GL Ceejay, and follows the success of his 2025 Billboard-charting album, 5ive. Davido says Oriade reflects his musical roots and celebrates the journey that has shaped his career.
