BRICS young scientists are pushing for stronger international collaboration on the future of the Arctic.
At the Youth Arctic: Science for the Future conference in Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia, researchers and experts from BRICS countries explored opportunities for cooperation in areas such as environmental protection, energy, logistics, tourism and Arctic development.
A key focus of the discussions was preserving the cultures of Indigenous communities while expanding access to technology.
