ONDO POLICE RESCUE ABDUCTED WOMAN, ARREST FOUR SUSPECTS IN OWO OPERATION

The Ondo State Police Command says it has rescued a 26-year-old woman who was allegedly abducted in Owo, Owo Local Government Area, and arrested four suspects linked to the incident.

According to police, the victim was taken by unidentified men along the Emure–Akure Expressway in a vehicle before security operatives launched a coordinated response involving local security groups. The operation led to the discovery of the suspects and recovery of items believed to be connected to the case.

The police also confirmed that the victim has been safely rescued and is receiving necessary support, while investigations are ongoing to apprehend other fleeing suspects.

Authorities say efforts are continuing to ensure all those involved are brought to justice and have urged the public to provide useful security information.
