FG TO ARRAIGN SUSPECTS IN BENUE KILLINGS MONDAY

Justice in sight as government moves against perpetrators

The Federal Government will arraign suspects linked to the recent Yelwata, Benue killings on Monday, Feb. 2, the Ministry of Justice confirmed.

The suspects are set to appear before Justice Joyce Abdul-Malik at the Federal High Court, Abuja, following a thorough investigation and collaboration among government agencies.

Attorney-General Lateef Fagbemi assured Nigerians that the proceedings aim to deliver justice and send a strong warning to anyone threatening lives and property under any guise.

“The administration of President Bola Tinubu is committed to the protection of lives and property of all Nigerians as guaranteed by the constitution,” Fagbemi stated.
