This initiative aims to ensure every Naira dedicated to primary healthcare reaches the intended beneficiaries, improving transparency, citizen involvement, and service delivery especially for vulnerable rural communities.
Developed with government, civil society, and development partners, the framework offers digital tools for real-time monitoring and tracking of healthcare funds. Experts say this is a pivotal move to transform Nigeria’s health financing, reduce out-of-pocket costs, and enhance governance for healthier lives.
