The Allied Peoples Movement (APM) has condemned the alleged obstruction of Peter Obi’s convoy in Makurdi, Benue State, describing the incident as unacceptable.

According to the News Agency of Nigeria, protesters reportedly barricaded Gboko Road on Tuesday and chanted opposition to Obi, leaving his convoy unable to proceed for hours and disrupting traffic.

APM’s Special Adviser on Media and Digital Communication, Anthony Ehilebo, called for a full investigation by the Nigeria Police Force. The party said it remained committed to a peaceful electoral process and participation.
