Nigerian singer and rapper Anthony Victor, popularly known as Victony, has unveiled the official cover art for his forthcoming album, “Starlife,” ahead of its Aug. 21 release.
The “Soweto” hitmaker shared the artwork on his verified X account on Tuesday, announcing that the album would arrive on Friday. The cover features a childhood photograph of Victony wearing a black cap and gold chains against a purple background, alongside a Parental Advisory label.
The announcement follows an album listening party held by the artiste in London on Aug. 12. “Starlife” comes after his 2024 debut studio album, “Stubborn,” and the subsequent eight-track EP, “Very Stubborn.”
Victony, who hails from Imo State and grew up in Ojo, Lagos, rose to international prominence with his 2022 hit “Soweto,” which later received several high-profile remixes.
