Afrobeats superstar Davido has announced that his sixth studio album, ORIADE, will be released on July 31, 2026.
The award-winning singer made the announcement on his X account, revealing both the album title and release date. ORIADE comes just months after the release of 5ive and marks another major milestone in a career that has spanned 15 years at the top of African music.
According to details shared by the artiste, the 13-track project draws inspiration from Yoruba culture, with the title symbolising a crowned destiny and fulfilled purpose. The album adds to Davido’s impressive catalogue, which includes Omo Baba Olowo, A Good Time, A Better Time, Timeless and 5ive.
With anticipation already building among fans, ORIADE is expected to be one of the biggest African music releases of the year. The announcement further cements Davido’s position as one of the continent’s most influential and globally recognised music stars.
