The Ladies Golf Association of Nigeria (LGAN) and the Nigeria Institute of Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to support preparations for the 2026 All Africa Challenge Trophy (AACT).
The agreement was signed in Abuja by NILDS Director-General, Prof. Abubakar Sulaiman, and LGAN President, Dr. Lami Ahmed. The partnership is aimed at strengthening Nigeria’s readiness to host the continental women’s golf championship.
Speaking at the event, Prof. Sulaiman said the collaboration reflects a commitment to national development through sports, noting that sports can promote unity, economic growth, tourism, and gender inclusion.
