The Renewed Hope Media Tour has continued its nationwide assessment of development projects with visits to major infrastructure and housing sites across Abia State.
The delegation inspected several projects, including the Ohafia–Umuahia Federal Road, the Umuahia–Uzuakoli–Akara–Ohafia Road, Omenuko Bridge, and the Abia section of the Enugu–Port Harcourt Expressway. The team also visited the Renewed Hope Housing Estate in Umuahia and the Onuinyan Bende Renewed Hope Housing Project.
According to officials, the projects are aimed at improving transportation, expanding access to housing, enhancing connectivity, and supporting economic activities across the state. The delegation also toured the newly commissioned Nnenna Oti Bus Terminal in Umuahia.
Residents and business owners who interacted with the team expressed satisfaction with ongoing works, noting improvements in mobility and economic activities. The media tour is designed to provide Nigerians with firsthand information on projects being implemented under the Renewed Hope Agenda.
