Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu has reaffirmed his commitment to youth development and civic responsibility following his investiture as Patron of the Lagos State Scout Council.
Speaking during the ceremony at Lagos House Marina, the governor commended members of the Scout Association for their discipline, selfless service and contributions to society over the years.
Sanwo-Olu also pledged stronger collaboration between the state government and the Scout Council through relevant ministries and agencies, promising continued support for scouting activities in Lagos.
The Lagos State Scout Council described the investiture as a significant step in strengthening the partnership between the association and the state government toward youth leadership and community development.
