Sen. Adetokunbo Abiru, representing Lagos East Senatorial District, has urged Nigerians to use the Eid-el-Kabir celebration to pray for peace, unity, and national progress.
In a goodwill message in Lagos, the senator described Eid-el-Kabir as a period that reflects values such as sacrifice, humility, faith, and compassion. He called on Nigerians to remain united despite ongoing national challenges.
He also encouraged citizens to stay hopeful, support leadership efforts, and strengthen collective responsibility toward building a more stable and prosperous country.
Sen. Abiru prayed for peace and stability in Nigeria and wished Muslim faithful a joyful and spiritually fulfilling Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
