No room for chaos as exams kick off in Abuja, police are already on the ground, watching every move.
The Nigeria Police Force in the FCT has stepped up security at JAMB exam centres, with Commissioner Ahmed Sanusi personally inspecting deployments across Abuja.
According to police spokesperson Josephine Adeh, the move is part of proactive efforts to ensure a smooth, stress-free Computer-Based Test (CBT) exercise running from April 16 to 18.
During the visits, the CP assessed security arrangements, engaged centre officials, and reassured candidates of full protection throughout the exams.
Authorities warned that anyone attempting to interfere with the exams will face swift legal action.
The police also urged residents to stay alert and report suspicious activity, emphasizing that public cooperation remains key to keeping the process hitch-free.
It’s exam season and security is tight.
