Senate Public Accounts Chair, Sen. Aliyu Wadada, confirms NNPCL has replied to all 19 audit questions covering 2017-2023, including concerns over a staggering N210 trillion yet to be accounted for. The committee is set to review the responses thoroughly before making any public declarations.
Wadada also flagged issues beyond finances, such as opaque production sharing contracts and reported losses by NNPCL Retail, promising these will be scrutinized. Nigerians will be updated once a full evaluation is complete.
