Gospel artist Rev. Otasowie Ehanire is using his new track to uplift spirits, strengthen faith, and bring hope to listeners.
Known musically as Prince Charles, Ehanire says his song ‘Makosa Praise’ shifts focus from life’s challenges to God’s strength, fostering gratitude, resilience, and a positive mindset. Inspired by family and divine encounters, his musical journey began early, with performances at the Apollo Theatre shaping his confidence and calling.
“I didn’t just wake up to become a gospel artist; all my songs, including ‘Okemmuo’, are about praising God and inspiring faith,” he said. Beyond commercial success, Ehanire measures success by lives touched, mentoring upcoming artists, and spreading God’s message globally.
He also highlighted challenges in the gospel industry—funding, production, and exposure—while continuing to support emerging talents and using music as a tool for spiritual transformation.
