Nigerian troops are keeping communities safe—terrorists neutralized, kidnappers arrested, and stolen property recovered in major coordinated operations.

In the last 24 hours, Nigerian Armed Forces scored big wins across multiple states.

Borno: Troops of 202 Battalion eliminated two suspected terrorists near Yale Forest on the Aulari–Kawuri axis.
Zamfara & Katsina: 1 Brigade Quick Response Force neutralized one terrorist in Maru LGA, recovering seven phones. In Kankara LGA, troops seized two pump-action guns and ammunition. Collaboration with police and local hunters in Malumfashi repelled attackers, recovering 19 rustled livestock.
Kwara: Under Operation SAVANNAH SHIELD, troops foiled a kidnap in Patigi LGA, rescuing the victim and arresting two suspects along with two single-barrel guns.

The joint operations highlight the military’s ongoing commitment to safeguarding lives, protecting property, and restoring peace in high-risk areas.
