The Tanimu Turaki-led National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has warned members to disregard reports of dissolved state executive committees in Ogun, Ekiti, and Ondo.
National Publicity Secretary Ini Ememobong described the purported dissolution as illegal and a threat to ongoing reconciliation efforts, urging state chapters, local government officers, and party members to continue their duties as normal.
He stressed that the leadership’s push for peace is aimed at strengthening the party ahead of upcoming elections, not for internal political maneuvering.
