N1BN SCHOLARSHIP FUND LAUNCHED FOR 1,000 MIVA UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

Tunji Olowolafe Foundation opens doors for aspiring Nigerian leaders.

The Tunji Olowolafe Foundation has unveiled a N1 billion “Gbemisola Olowolafe Miva Scholarship”, set to sponsor 1,000 students at Miva Open University over five years. The initiative, launched in Lagos, honors the late wife of foundation founder Tunji Olowolafe on her first anniversary.

Olowolafe said the fully funded scholarships will cover complete tuition, removing financial barriers for talented Nigerians and empowering the next generation of leaders. “Education was the ultimate equaliser for Gbemisola. This scholarship ensures her legacy lives on through the success of others,” he said.

Students with ambition but limited resources are encouraged to apply immediately, with the foundation promising opportunities for innovators and dreamers ready to seize their future.

Miva Open University, a tech-driven institution, provides flexible, accessible undergraduate education to students across Nigeria and beyond.
