Travel chaos hits the skies as Ethiopian Airlines cancels flights to 10 Middle East destinations due to airspace closures and security concerns.
The carrier, Africa’s largest, expanded its flight suspensions on Monday after initially halting four routes on Saturday. Affected cities now include Amman, Tel Aviv, Beirut, Dammam, Doha, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi in the UAE.
Passengers are urged to check flight status via Ethiopian Airlines’ official channels. The airline stressed that safety of passengers and crew remains its top priority, closely monitoring the evolving situation in the region.
