NEW HIGH-SPEED TRAIN TO LINK COLOGNE AND BRUSSELS AIRPORT IN JUST TWO HOURS

Travel between Germany and Belgium is about to get faster and easier with a direct rail connection.

German rail operator Deutsche Bahn has announced a new high-speed train service connecting Cologne and Brussels Airport, starting Sept. 7.

The trains, powered by the latest ICE high-speed models, will run twice daily and complete the journey in about two hours. After the airport stop, the service will continue to Antwerp, with additional stops in Aachen, Liège, and Leuven.

The morning train is expected to arrive at Brussels Airport by 8:29 a.m., giving travelers a fast and convenient alternative to driving or flying.

The new route is set to boost cross-border travel, business links, and airport access between western Germany and Belgium.
