Police in Ondo State have arrested a 40-year-old landlady, Nafisat Lateef, over the alleged poisoning of her tenant’s three-year-old son in Odigbo Local Government Area.

According to police spokesperson DSP Abayomi Jimoh, the child’s mother reported that the suspect allegedly gave the boy, Abdulrasheed, a liquid believed to be poisonous on February 4, following a misunderstanding between both women.
