With the March convention approaching, APC says it’s tightening plans, growing fast—and making sure no one is left behind.
APC National Chairman, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, says the ruling party is fine-tuning preparations for its national convention and congresses with a strong focus on inclusivity. He spoke after meeting President Bola Tinubu at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
According to Yilwatda, the talks reviewed the party’s timetable, planning strategy and how to strengthen synergy between the APC, the National Assembly, the Federal Government and state governments. The aim, he said, is full alignment as the party continues to expand.
With new members and governors joining regularly, Yilwatda stressed that the APC is determined to grow without sidelining anyone. He also credited President Tinubu’s political experience and “remarkable” counsel as key to managing the party’s expansion.
The APC national convention is scheduled to hold from March 25 to March 28.
