From marathon cooking to mega jollof magic, Hilda Baci just keeps raising the bar. The Nigerian celebrity chef has officially become a three-time Guinness World Record holder, thanks to her jaw-dropping jollof rice feat.
Guinness World Records confirmed that her 8,780kg pot of jollof rice—cooked with @ginonaija—didn’t just break one record, but two: largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice and largest serving of rice overall. That single dish could feed over 16,600 people.
This comes on the heels of her global breakthrough in 2023, when she cooked nonstop for 93 hours, 11 minutes, setting the record for the longest individual cooking marathon.
Sharing her excitement online, Baci said she only discovered the extra record five months later, calling it a perfect way to step into 2026. She thanked God, her team, Guinness World Records, and her close collaborator, Oreoluwa Atinmo, describing the journey as a shared dream turned reality.
Three records. One chef. Endless inspiration.
