SHOCKER: LIMB PAIN SYNDROME DIRECTLY TRIGGERS MIGRAINES, AUSSIE STUDY REVEALS!

Ever wonder why a busted arm or leg injury won’t quit—and suddenly you’re battling killer headaches too? Australian researchers at Murdoch University just nailed the link: Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS)—that rare, stubborn pain post-fracture or sprain—sparks or amps up migraines in two-thirds of adults, often on the same side of the body.

Their Cephalalgia study hit 88 CRPS patients: 66% saw new or worse migraines post-onset, 22% near-daily. Symptoms overlap big-time—limb agony, light/touch sensitivity, forehead tenderness. Prof. Peter Drummond says the initial injury hypersensitized pain pathways, letting CRPS and migraines feed off each other like a vicious cycle.
