President Bola Tinubu greenlit the move for Mr. Rotimi Oyedepo, SAN, shifting him from EFCC to the Federal Civil Service as the new Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP). The announcement dropped Tuesday via State House spokesperson Abiodun Oladunjoye, backed by the Federal Civil Service Commission’s nod in the public interest.
Oyedepo steps into the role vacated by retiring DPP Abubakar Babadoko, whose eight-year directorship wraps up December 31.
