Aiyedatiwa called it a “strategic blueprint for self-reliance and prosperity,” covering agriculture, education, health, trade – fueled by tech-tax reforms, revenue base growth, and leak plugs for IGR surge. He tasked MDAs with strict, timely execution: “This covenant delivers shared wins – citizens, own it!”
