Gov. Inuwa Yahaya put pen to paper Monday in Gombe, inking the N617.95 billion 2026 Budget into law – boosted N82.26B from his N535.69B proposal (presented Nov 13) by the State House of Assembly led by Speaker Abubakar Luggerrewo, amid top officials cheering the people’s win!
Yahaya boasted six-plus years of prudent resource use fueling massive dev projects: “We’ve transformed Gombe like never before – ready to defend every kobo spent!” He thanked President Tinubu’s federal backing, assembly synergy for good governance, and pledged non-stop work: “We started with work, end with work – pushing folks through life’s hurdles!”
Luggerrewo hailed the scrutiny-driven hike “in good faith” – Gombe’s acceleration locked in!
