In a landmark ceremony drawing widespread acclaim, the Worldwide Sankera Lawyers Association has honored HRH Chief David Sev-Av, known as Tor Sankera, with the titles of Grand Patron and Peace Ambassador of the Tiv Nation.The vibrant event featured top dignitaries, including Benue State’s Chief Judge representing the Governor and Senator Gabriel Suswam, former Governor and a proud Sankera native. Suswam hailed Tor Sankera as a “king of honor” who deeply loves his people and is loved in return predicting Sankera’s resurgence to greatness under his watch.
Strong representation came from Katsina-Ala, Logo, and Ukum chairmen, leaders of the Sankera Loyal Association, and numerous prominent figures from the kingdom.In his acceptance speech, Tor Sankera thanked the lawyers for their exemplary service worldwide, pledging to serve as a steadfast royal father. He vowed Sankera’s rise as a leading kingdom in northern Nigeria, with his palace open to all pursuing peace and development.Capping the occasion spiritually, he dedicated the honor to God Almighty on behalf of himself, Her Royal Majesty Mrs. David Sev-Av, and all Sankera sons and daughters ushering in peace, unity, and hope.
