NAF Rockets women’s volleyball team kicked off the final phase of the 2025 Comptroller General of Customs Premier League with a dominant straight-sets thrashing of Wikki Spikers Queens (25-11, 25-16, 25-11) at Abuja’s Moshood Abiola National Stadium.
From the first serve, the Rockets owned the court, surging ahead in every set with relentless pressure—Dorcas Isaac earning MVP honors for her standout play. Coach Siyeyetoma Briggs praised their training prep, institutional backing, and young talents’ rapid improvement, eyeing a top finish after last season’s fifth place.
Other women’s results: CNS swept Anambra Queens 3-0, COAS Spikers downed Olalomi Royals 3-0, NSCDC got a bye. Men’s side saw CNS beat Kada Stars 3-0, NCS top Offa VC 3-0. Next up: NAF Rockets vs Kada Emeralds Thursday.
