Plateau State First Lady, Helen Mutfwang, lit up Jos on World Disability Day as she handed financial empowerment support to persons with disabilities under the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI). Standing beside her, Commissioner for Women Affairs Caroline Dafur joined in championing opportunities that help rebuild confidence and independence.
