FCTA CRACKS DOWN ON 1,095 ABUSE REVOKED PROPERTIES IN ABUJA’S PRIME DISTRICTS!

FCT Administration launches enforcement on 1,095 land titles revoked in Asokoro, Maitama, Garki, and Wuse after owners ignored months of notices (May-Nov) and blew the 14-day grace period ending Tuesday 835 for unpaid ground rent, 260 for C of O bills, violation/land conversion fees under Land Use Act Section 28. Minister Nyesom Wike’s team, via SSA Lere Olayinka, warns defaulters: pay up or lose properties reverting to FCTA, part of aggressive revenue recovery after March’s massive 4,794 revocations (over ₦6.9B owed, some 43yrs back) hitting big players like PDP HQ, CBN, NNPC.

This follows President’s 14-day extension in May for 1-10yr defaulters, now expired FCTA seals sites, no exceptions for compliance funding infrastructure.

Property holders: Check debts ASAP via FCTA portal to avoid total forfeiture!
