The Tinubu Media Force (TMF) has urged the United States to back President Bola Tinubu’s reform agenda and avoid spreading misleading narratives about Nigeria. TMF National Coordinator Gbenga Abiola highlighted the administration’s strong commitment to stabilising the economy, enhancing security, and restoring international trust.
Abiola emphasized Nigeria’s key role as Africa’s anchor and called for constructive engagement from America and other global partners to advance shared democratic and economic goals.
He outlined Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, citing bold policy actions that have reversed decades of weak governance. Security gains include neutralizing over 6,200 terrorists, arresting 14,000 suspects, rescuing roughly 5,000 kidnapped victims, and significantly boosting the defence budget and police recruitment.
The TMF condemned claims of targeted Christian genocide as false and divisive, stressing that Nigeria treats all violent crimes as national security issues regardless of religious or ethnic background.
Abiola called on ECOWAS and the African Union to uphold Africa’s sovereignty and counter misinformation, affirming that a strong and peaceful Nigeria is vital for a stable continent.
