ADC ADAMAWA INAUGURATES NEW STATE EXECUTIVE, CALLS FOR UNITY AND POLITICAL RENEWAL

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has launched a fresh leadership team in Adamawa State, aiming to revitalize the party and position it for future electoral success. The inauguration, held in Yola, attracted notable political figures including former SGF Babachir Lawal, ex-Governor Mohammed Bindow, and Senators Ishaku Abbo and Abdulaziz Nyako.

Babachir Lawal expressed confidence that the new leadership, headed by Sadiq Dasin—a former House of Reps member and Adamawa Assembly Speaker—will energize the party after prolonged internal disputes. He emphasized the importance of cohesive teamwork to rebuild party structures.

Senator Bindow urged Adamawa residents to rally behind the ADC, praising it as a credible platform guided by former Vice President Atiku Abubakar. Senators Nyako and Abbo reinforced ADC’s status as a formidable opposition force in the state, optimistic about the party’s prospects in the 2027 elections.

This collective vision spells hope for renewed political engagement and a strengthened ADC in Adamawa.
