NSCDC AND POLICE IN FCT RENEW COMMITMENT TO JOINT SECURITY OPERATIONS

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) and Nigeria Police Force, Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Commands, are doubling down on their commitment to joint efforts to maintain peace and combat crime in Abuja. This was emphasized during a courtesy visit by the newly deployed FCT Commissioner of Police, Dantawaye Miller, to NSCDC FCT Commandant Dr. Olusola Odumosu.

Dr. Odumosu highlighted the need to sustain security measures despite the current peace, promising full cooperation with the Police. The duo agreed that synergy and collaboration are key to a crime-free environment, leaving behind past rivalries to form a united front against criminals. Commissioner Miller stressed the importance of intelligence sharing and collective responsibility to keep Abuja secure and praised the partnership’s potential for lasting success.
