NNAMDI KANU NAMES EX-AGF MALAMI AND TOP POLITICIANS AS WITNESSES IN TERRORISM TRIAL

The leader of the outlawed IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, has officially listed former Attorney-General Abubakar Malami, along with other prominent Nigerian figures like Nyesom Wike, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, and Hope Uzodimma, as witnesses in his ongoing terrorism case. Kanu personally signed and filed a motion to call 23 witnesses, aiming to build a comprehensive defense and shed light on his political statements and actions.

Kanu, who remains a polarizing figure—regarded by supporters as a hero and by the government as a terrorist—insisted he is ready to begin his defense, and requested a 90-day period to properly prepare. The court and the public are watching closely as this high-profile case continues to unfold amid protests and ongoing legal battles.
