NIGERIAN ARMY STRIKES HARD: 17 TERRORISTS KILLED, 85 SUSPECTS ARRESTED, 10 KIDNAPPED RESCUED IN 48 HOURS

In a swift series of coordinated operations, the Nigerian Army has dealt a serious blow to terrorists across the country, killing 17 militants, arresting 85 suspects, and rescuing 10 kidnapped victims within just 48 hours.

Troops from various operations, including Hadin Kai in the Northeast and Fansan Yamma in the Northwest, engaged Boko Haram and ISWAP terrorists in fierce battles, ambushes, and raids. Key arrests included informants, logistics suppliers, drug peddlers, and kidnappers. Rescued victims are now receiving medical care while investigations continue.

In Borno and Adamawa, troops intercepted supplies meant for terrorist camps and foiled enemy infiltration attempts with Nigerian Air Force support. Operations in Sokoto, Zamfara, Plateau, Nasarawa, and Benue also yielded significant weapons and logistics seizures. Crackdowns on oil thieves in the South South further showcased the Army’s nationwide commitment.
