Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Sen. Nyesom Wike, has commenced the building of new male and female hostels, each with 316 beds, at the Nigerian Law School in Bwari, Abuja. This project, launched Monday, addresses the critical accommodation shortage affecting students.

Wike revealed that President Bola Tinubu personally approved the building of a new auditorium after recognizing the current facility’s limits. He praised the Attorney-General Prince Lateef Fagbemi, SAN, for strong partnership advancing legal education reforms and infrastructure development.

Director-General Prof. Isa Chiroma hailed the move as a game-changer that will ease students’ housing challenges and fulfill promises made to boost Nigeria’s legal education.
