Fresh leadership in Abuja! Mr. Dantawaye Miller assumed duty as the 34th Commissioner of Police in the Federal Capital Territory, pledging to strengthen security and community partnerships.
Coming with over 20 years of service, Miller replaces CP Ajao Adewale following a redeployment by the Inspector-General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun. A seasoned officer from Kaduna State, Miller has served in strategic roles nationwide, including as Chief Security Officer at the Ministry of Petroleum and Commanding Officer at the Presidential Villa.
Miller promises to build on existing frameworks and boost community policing to ensure the safety of all FCT residents. The police urge residents to support the force for peaceful and secure living in Nigeria’s capital.
