TUNISIAN AMBASSADOR PLEDGES STRONGER ECONOMIC TIES WITH NIGERIA TO BOOST TRADE

Tunisia is ready to team up with Nigeria across sectors like agriculture, finance, and energy to unlock new trade and growth opportunities.

At the Ndigboamaka Progressive Markets Association Conference in Lagos, Ambassador Mohsen Antit promised Tunisia’s commitment to deepen partnerships with Nigeria. He highlighted readiness to collaborate on agriculture, banking, mining, oil and gas, aviation, and security to drive mutual prosperity.

Ambassador Antit praised Nigeria’s entrepreneurial spirit and vibrant markets, noting the Ndigboamaka Association’s role in empowering traders and driving business growth. He expressed interest in expanding investments in manufacturing, medical services, energy, and tourism, noting Tunisia’s global ranking as a top tourism destination.

Ndigboamaka President Chief Chinedu Ukatu stressed the importance of unity, digital transformation, and government engagement to improve business conditions. Other leaders echoed the call for solidarity, lawfulness, and partnership between traders and government for national development.
