Speaking at the World Post Day celebration, Postmaster General Tola Odeyemi highlighted efforts to modernize postal facilities, boost last-mile delivery, and support Nigeria’s socio-economic growth.
NIPOST is championing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with a 15% logistics discount and an e-commerce platform offering seamless shipping and order management. Key initiatives like the National Addressing System and NIPOST Agro-Infrastructure and Logistics Initiative showcase its push for digital inclusion and bridging rural-urban divides, aligning with the government’s goal for universal national ID coverage by 2026.
