On the sidelines of UNGA, President Trump met with leaders from Qatar, Jordan, Turkey, Egypt, Pakistan, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE to discuss a lasting Gaza ceasefire and hostage release. Despite Israel’s absence, Trump called the meeting successful and plans talks with Netanyahu next week amid stalled negotiations.
