Abuja saw a power-packed Wednesday as President Bola Tinubu met with the North-East Governors Forum at the Presidential Villa. Governors Ahmadu Fintiri (Adamawa), Mai Mala Buni (Yobe), Babagana Zulum (Borno), Inuwa Yahaya (Gombe), Bala Mohammed (Bauchi), and Agbu Kefas (Taraba) joined the president for what promises to be a game-changing collaboration.
The gathering underscores a renewed focus on the region’s development, security, and unity. Leaders are clearly locking arms to chart a course for progress in a part of Nigeria that’s seen its fair share of challenges.
