JSS2 student Ridwan Busayo from Government Day Secondary School, Ilorin, claimed gold with a 71kg lift at the 9th National Youth Games. He credits his coach’s support and dedicates the win to his late parents. In the female category, Abdulkareem Muibat also lifted Kwara’s spirits with a bronze.
