In a thrilling Lagos finale, Basil defeated Miss Lagos Damilola Bolarinde to claim the Miss Universe Nigeria 2025 crown. Miss Bayelsa Fortune Kurobo and Miss Ogun Irene Ikediashi were runners-up, while Miss Akwa Ibom Idah Eno earned Miss Supranational Nigeria 2025. Ten finalists battled fiercely, with Basil succeeding reigning queen Chidinma Adetshina as Nigeria prepares for the international competition.
