Minority Leader Charity Aiguobarueghian of the Edo House of Assembly expressed concern over the low voter turnout in the Ovia Federal Constituency by-election despite a peaceful voting process. Speaking after voting, he cited voter apathy fueled by limited publicity, short notice, and disillusionment following recent elections.
Aiguobarueghian confirmed smooth BVAS operations and full election materials but dismissed rumors of PDP collusion with APC. He remains hopeful for a peaceful conclusion and urged residents to fulfill their civic duty.
