The National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) has revamped its Diaspora National Identification Number (NIN) platform to boost security, efficiency, and ease of use for Nigerians living abroad. The upgrade includes onboarding and training of Diaspora enrolment partners to ensure seamless service.
Diaspora applicants can now access enrolment services from compliant centres and modify their data online. NIMC also urges all partners to activate their licences within 48 hours. For any hiccups, a dedicated support team is ready to assist via email. NIN holders can verify and control their data instantly using the NINAuth App available on iOS and Google Play.
