A tragic tanker explosion rocked the Dan Magaji area of Zaria, Kaduna State, early Monday morning around 8:30 a.m. Two fuel-laden tankers collided with two passenger cars near the Rochas Foundation School, triggering a series of devastating blasts. The fireball that followed sent thick black smoke billowing over the Kaduna–Kano expressway.
The violent accident claimed the lives of nearly all passengers in the cars, leaving only one severely burned survivor.
