K1 DE ULTIMATE DENIES UNRULY BEHAVIOUR IN ABUJA AIRPORT INCIDENT AMIDST BLACKLISTING

Fuji veteran King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal (K1 De Ultimate) has denied claims of misconduct during the August 5 boarding incident at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, insisting the controversy arose from a misunderstanding involving a bottle of water. His media aide says K1 never endangered lives or breached safety rules, calling the reports exaggerated and misleading. Despite this, Aviation Minister Festus Keyamo has placed K1 on a no-fly list pending full investigation, condemning his repeated blocking of the aircraft on the tarmac as “totally unacceptable” and likening it to a hostage situation.

FAAN confirmed K1’s refusal to comply with liquid-carrying regulations and his confrontation with security officials, while NCAA has suspended the involved ValueJet pilots for safety breaches during the same incident. ValueJet is cooperating fully with investigations. Keyamo warned all airlines to enforce the ban strictly, and legal actions are being considered to uphold aviation safety.
