K1 attempted to board a Lagos-bound flight carrying an undeclared liquid—later confirmed as alcohol—despite repeated security warnings. When asked to comply, he poured the liquid on a security officer and resisted instructions onboard.
FAAN confirmed the passenger was removed by aviation security for investigation but later released. The authority emphasized its unwavering commitment to passenger safety and strict adherence to aviation regulations, stating that all responsible parties will face appropriate legal action.
